Heavenly Father,
I couldn’t help but think of You today. You live. You serve. You heal. You make whole. You restore. You give life. You bring hope. You speak and perform miracles. Despite the fact that You were abused by less, yet You allowed it. You were denied, yet You forgave. You were beaten, spat upon, mocked, lied on, made by sinners a scorned disarray. You didn’t even stop them. But You could have. You didn’t have to allow what you created, to turn on You. Oh but You are so Dear & True to Your Word. Just as Your Eye is on the sparrow, You watch over all of Your creations, including mankind. We, who give You more continuous grief than almost all. Yet You, who knows the future, thought, “If I provide them Mercy, they will realize Who I Am. They will realize that their purpose is to praise Me. They will realize that I’ve already suffered more than all of them put together. They will weep. They will repent. They will be, forgiven. They will rejoice and dance. Then I could give them Grace. This would enable them to tap into My Greatness, My Wondrous Make-up. My Altitude. My Kingdom. My Eternal Plan. They would know that My goal is that they all live with Me in their former state which is Immortality, to forever bring Me glory. They would see their enemies,
Flesh & Satan defeated and destroyed. Flesh in the grave and Satan in the pit. They would know evil no more. Oh how happy they would then be. “They will see.”, You said, as You allowed them to drive the flesh ripping nails into your body. “They’ll thank me.” You thought as, You allowed them to stand up the cross, causing you excruciating pain. “They’ll love me.”, as You endured public humility, and was brought down even further by allowing them to hang You amongst sinners.
Just as you said, “Father, forgive them; for they know not what they do…”
But wait, this is written in the Bible, The Holy Word of God. We know all these things. We’ve cringed as we heard the description of what Jesus endured. We’ve had personal downfalls, trials, losses, agonies, that we know only God delivered us from….yet, even in this modern day, this new millennium, umpteen years later, we still crucify God? We still can’t love each other? We still can’t suffer without doubting Him? We still can’t hold on to what we’ve been taught, just so we can fit in with a world of unknowing believers. Some even having to audacity to leave God, and go back to sin…..?
People, People, Children of the Most High, Hear Ye, Hear Ye! Don’t forget God. Our enemies want us to. BUT GOD. Sometimes it’s dreadfully hard. BUT GOD! Sometimes it’s not so dreadfully hard. BUT GOD! Sometimes the voice of temptation is so loud that it’s like somebody yelling in your ear. BUT GOD!
The Bible says in:
I Thessalonians 4: 16 - 17.
For the Lord, Himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of god: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:
Then we, which are alive and remain, shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.
This was Man’s Original State – “With God – Immortal”
Verse 17 mentions the word ‘remain’. When the enemies we fight just to stay saved attack us we say…..BUT GOD. BUT GOD desires me to live right. BUT GOD said He would make a way of escape. BUT GOD said All things work together for good to those that love the Lord and to the called according to His purpose. BUT GOD said this is not my home. BUT GOD said to not let sin reign in my mortal body so when Christ returns, I will be one of those who remained in His good standing.
The devil knows he can and will never have another chance to live in heaven. You see, he is JEALOUS:
The devil knows our destiny and final destination. (It’s what he gave up!) Now his number one goal is to get as many as he can to reap the same destruction he will soon reap:
BUT GOD! Whose favor is life. He is better, greater, than we could ever imagine or think. Our natural state can’t even handle how awesome He really is. Haven’t you ever become confused and mind boggled trying to think on God’s goodness. Here you are trying to figure out how could God bring me out of that? One day I was at point A, messed up, hung over, caught, and that next thing, He brought me out. Oh I’m sure you don’t have to think very far to remember that mind-boggling point in your life.
Good news is that one day; soon, we are going to have the ability to understand more about Him. We will have all of eternity to ask Jesus Christ how he fixed that which you thought was unfixable. And we won’t get tired of waiting in line until our turn because we will be so caught in praise from listening to his answers to such great men and women that we’ve read about, and those whom we’ve personally know. Won’t it be grand!! Dear children, it’s time to serve God. Give God glory! Be lights to others, so they can join in on this trip that is bound for glory. So they can get in line in eternity. There much work to be done. Let’s do it TOGETHER, in the Name of Jesus Christ. Don’t Delay! Time is winding up. May the Lord God bless you real good, in Jesus’ Name.
